Promise Ring 2 at Amazon

There are of course a great deal of styles of rings available to buy today but not numerous of them are steeped in as much tradition as the snake ring.

Both exotic and strange persons looking to buy diamond snake rings ordinarily have a good idea of what they are looking for and have already made their minds up that it is this peculiar style of ring they want.

Diamond snake rings are more usual than ever and are beautifully crafted exquisite pieces of jewelry. The shimmering diamonds along the body of the snake give the perfective replica of a snake in motion.

Some people are attracted to the mythic archetypal style of snake rings that represent time and eternity more often times than not when the tail is being eaten by the head. This effigy is the Ouroboros, an ancient symbol showing a serpent eating it is own tail. The symbol is believed to have been inspired by the Milky Way with ancient writings describing a serpent of light living among the heavens.

The circle, which is best depicted by this queer image, has always been an primary symbol of ancient civilizations representing wholeness and perfection. The ring without beginning or end also represents the Sun, Moon and Universe.

Many dissimilar cultures including Christianity, Hinduism, Aztec, Norse and Chinese depict the effigy of the snake ring. In Greek Mythology snake rings were worn in honour of the Greek healing god Asclepius who was struck down by Zeus fearing Asclepius would transform all of mankind into immortals with his healing powers.

In the 19th Century the snake or serpent ring was very ordinary with ladies who found the style enticingly pleasing. The snake rings could be worn in conjunction with a serpent styled bangle, broach or hatpin. As well as diamond snake rings were embedded with rubies, sapphires and a good deal of other kinds of gemstones. The Victorians were to a great extent influenced by treasures collected in Roman and Greek times. The replicated a heap of of the subtle differences in meaning or opinion or attitude and were fascinated by their intricate distinctions. The popularity of the ring reached fever pitch when Queen Victoria herself chose the design of a gold sinuous snake, which was meant to give good luck.

Typically diamond snake rings would not be purchased as a wedding or engagement ring unless the future husband was utterly sure his intended bride would approve. Diamond snake rings are not suitable for everyones tastes and a surprise proposal would backfire horribly if the bride were expecting a more conventional style.

The snake ring is best given as a symbolic gesture of good fortune, good health, and as a loving gift to a collaborator where the ring is a protective charm and represents the union of the couple and their eternal and never ending love for one another.

4nice ring, great price
By Emily R. Cornwell
When I lost my wedding band after 11 years, I thought to myself; “WOO-HOO, I’M FREE!!” You know, kind of how you’d imagine a coyote feels when it finally finished chewing through it’s own arm to escape a steel trap. But APPARENTLY, this is technically not the case, legally. And so, I was shopping for a new ring. I had originally got a 10 karat gold band, because it was supposed to be a harder alloy over the years it had bent, scratched, and cracked several times. So I looked at tungsten and titanium. The tungsten so far has been impossible to even scratch, much less break. The comfort fit band it great too, very nice fit and feel. And to top it all off, this vendor was asking about one fifth of what local jewelers wanted for a similar ring. Shipping was fast, the ring was well packaged, and the price was right. Shop here with confidence.

5Great Wedding Band!
By April Center
I bought this ring for my husband as an anniversary gift. After a year of wearing his 14k white gold band, it was so dull and scratched up (was scratched up bad after he wore it a week)and he didn’t wear it much actually because it made his skin break out. This ring will not scratch and he hasn’t had any allergic reaction to it & it’s ssooo much shinier than his gold band. It’s an awesome ring, I even thought about getting myself one.
